Coco Villa's are on the north west coast of the island in the area known as the 'Trou-Aux-Bitches'. The villas are situated in a quiet residential area and are approximately a seven minutes walk from the beach. The area has restaurants, supermarkets and bus routes that take you to the rest of the island.
The apartments within the villa are self contained and comfortably furnished throughout. The first floor apartment is accessed via a staircase to a large balcony area. It comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a bathroom and a lounge complete with a TV, video and dining facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes an oven/hob and a fridge/freezer.
The ground floor acccommodation consists of three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a spacious lounge. The lounge includes a TV, VCR and a dining area equipped with dining facilities. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a washing machine, oven and all of the usual kitchen utensils.
French doors lead out onto the terrace, which opens out on to the 3,200 sq ft lawned garden complete with patio furniture. We also have beautiful tropical fruit trees in the garden which include mango trees, coconut trees, pineapple trees, custard apple trees, pawpaw trees and rosebushes. The villas are also supplied with bed linen. A courtesy car is provided for transport from the airport to Coco Villa's. The villa's are approximately 75 minutes from Sir Seewasoogar Ramgoolam Airport and 30 minutes from the capital of Port Louis. Coco Villa's also have secure parking. There is a private carport that holds three cars.
