TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRING THE VILLAS:

Coco Villa’s are situated in the north west, the best
and warmest part of the island.

75 minutes from the airport and only 25 minutes to the capital,
Port-Louis.

About 10 minutes walk to the best beach of the island, with all water sports. About 7 minutes walk to commercial services such as a fresh fish market, supermarket, cafe, pubs and clubs
and five star hotels.

Close to the public hotel golf course
and walking distance from the main police station.

On its own secured, peaceful fenced ground with adequate
ventilation systems.

A Doctor's surgery within walking distance - chemists and modern
hospital are in/near the local town.

Has sitting rooms, bedrooms, kitchen and balconies,
- In addition to a double carport/garage.

Is fully self contained for the number of guests booked,
- Has a TV, Video, radio, refrigerator and freezer.

Is fully furnished and modern to a high standard,
with full cooking facilities.

Is clean, hygienic, well lit and spacious, with similar
bungalows nearby.

Support from the watchman, maid & manager is available.

Coco Villa’s are new buildings off Jubboo Road, 350 metres
from the tourist heliport, casinos and bus routes.

Electricity, hot & cold water and gas supply are inclusive. No sharing of lodging is involved and you have no other charges to pay.The price quoted includes courtesy car to collect the guests from the airport and is based on the number of customers occupying the villa

At extra charges and without obligation, domestic chores such as cooking and washing of personal clothing can be arranged. A private self drive car, taxi or excursion facilities are also available. There are no facilities for visitors to stay overnight and only service personnel may enter the home to carry out any emergency work if required

To reserve a villa, you should send the required deposit of £70.00 (per small villa) or £100.00 (per large villa). In the event of any cancellation by yourself, you will be able to use your deposit as the booking fee for an alternate date. The balance should be paid prior to travel. We may require a refundable deposit of £25 towards damage or loss of items. Please email or call us for information on how to proceed if you would like to make a booking.

As soon as you book, confirmation to you and to Mauritius will be sent out immediately.Before you take over, the villa is cleaned, all items checked, and any broken equipment is replaced/repaired. A maid service and bed linen is provided on a weekly basis. Any items found to be missing or broken, may be charged for at the discretion of the manager. And on your departure, we would be grateful if you leave the villa as clean and as tidy as possible. Arrangements will be made for you to meet Lall, the caretaker.

Return air- fares to Mauritius start from about £550.00 with BA during the low season. If required we can also arrange to book your seats on the most reasonable flight at the best price available at the time.
